Hey athletes, it's time for some fun at North Beach! We will all be down at the volleyball court at 9:00 a.m. for some Hoover ball, tug-of-war,dodge ball and some general craziness. Wear your CFSC shirts and represent your gym and look awesome doing it. See you all tomorrow and bring some friends or loved ones and get them hooked on staying in shape and having fun doing it.
