Not sure how long it's been since we did this one last - but sometimes you just can't get enough of a good thing. This one's seven rounds but you ought to be able to speed through them...at least the first few...
Seven rounds of:
- 1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 15 reps
- 95 pound Power clean, 15 reps
- 15 Box jumps, 24" box
Also - this one calls for 1 1/2 pood on the KB..since we don't have a 53 pounder I'm going to let you guys decide whether or not you can handle the 62s. Ladies - 35 is your weight!
