Three Rounds
- Wall-ball: 16/20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 45/75 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump: 18/24" box (Reps)
- Push-press: 45/75 pounds (Reps)
- Row: calories (Calories)
You will do one minute at each station, adding your numbers together as you go, (ie - 30 wall balls + 19 SDHP + 15 box jumps + 18 push press + a 9 calorie row = 91 for round one.) There will be a one minute break between rounds.
Excellent job with this - so busy with the timer I couldn't snap any photos, but believe me, you looked AWESOME!
