Wall-ball: 16/20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 45/75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 18/24" box (Reps)
Push-press: 45/75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
You will do one minute at each station, adding your numbers together as you go, (ie - 30 wall balls + 19 SDHP + 15 box jumps + 18 push press + a 9 calorie row = 91 for round one.) There will be a one minute break between rounds.
Excellent job with this - so busy with the timer I couldn't snap any photos, but believe me, you looked AWESOME!
Valentine's Day - what better way for me to show you all how much I love you than with a workout that will get your heart pumping. I mean, it's kind of like a delicious box of chocolates all tied up with a big red ribbon. Okay, so maybe it's NOT like that - IT'S BETTER!!
Here we are - Friday again and another fantastic job with the WODs! I know there are some sore muscles, but we've got one more day to warm it up and make it feel aaaaall better. Here we go with something just for you!
