CrossFit San Clemente Organized Group Training
Monday - Friday mornings at 5:30 am, 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 9:00 am, & 10:00 am
Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm
Saturday mornings - FREE W.O.D. at 8:00 am
RAMP Program - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:00 am (Only members of the RAMP program may attend the 8:00 am classes). This program is designed to teach new members all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit and gradually ease them into regular CrossFit group training. For more information, please call or e-mail.
*NOTE: Please come at class start time only. If you are late for class, please wait for the next class to begin. If you arrive early please be considerate of people who are still training. After training please clear out of the gym to make way for the next class. Private training can be scheduled at your convenience. Please see an Instructor for available dates and times.
