CrossFit San Clemente was founded in August 2008 and offers fitness training to all level of athletes. No matter age or condition. CrossFit San Clemente takes a methodical approach at improving your work capacity one step at a time and within your limits. We offer group training (CrossFit/SC 30), private training and beginner sessions for beginners (On-Ramp).

Private Training

When it comes to fitness, everyone is different. With a program that fits, you are more likely to maintain the habit and see results. Also, a few sessions can be a great tool for learning/improving your movements for group classes.

The heart and soul of the program is our group classes. Every day is a new, challenging combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastic, and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level, make you stronger, faster, leaner and ready to tackle more things you love.




Meet the

Edgar is the Head Coach and main day to day operator of CrossFit San Clemente. He has an extensive background in a wide variety of sports and rehabilitation programs. He has trained people recovering from major surgery, injuries and other diagnoses, including but not limited to, hip replacements, cosmetic procedures, heart attacks, strokes, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, postpartum and cancer.
